Sarvavaidika Samsthanam (Trust Registration No: 103/2020) is a registered religious trust operating Yagnavaraha Kshetram at Sribhashyam Vijayasarathi Marg, Karimnagar, Telangana. This Privacy Policy applies to our seva booking application.

2. Information We Collect

When you book a seva, we collect: full name, gothram, mobile number, email address (optional), nakshatra (optional), date of seva, and payment transaction details (Payment ID, Order ID, Amount). We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials — all payment processing is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner.

3. How We Use Your Information

To confirm and record your seva booking, send you a receipt (if email provided), notify the temple for seva preparation, and maintain records for accounting as required of a registered trust.

4. Data Storage

Your booking information is stored in a secure database accessible only to authorised temple administrators. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting yagnavaraha86@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 working days.

6. Cookies

Our application does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary cookies may be set by the browser for the app to function.
