By using this application you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. About the Service

This application is operated by Sarvavaidika Samsthanam (Trust Reg: 103/2020, PAN: AAZTS8208F), a registered religious trust, to facilitate online seva bookings for Yagnavaraha Kshetram, Karimnagar, Telangana.

3. Seva Bookings

Sevas are subject to availability per the temple calendar. The temple reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a seva due to religious, operational, or unforeseen circumstances. Booking amounts are seva dakshina as set by the temple administration and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate personal details (name, gothram, contact information) at the time of booking. Incorrect information may affect the conduct of your seva.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. Amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). A payment receipt will be sent to your email if provided at the time of booking.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use this application for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sarvavaidika Samsthanam shall not be liable for any technical failures, payment gateway downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karimnagar, Telangana.
