1. Seva Bookings — General Policy
2. Event Cancellation by the Temple
In the rare event that the temple must cancel a scheduled seva due to religious obligations, natural calamity, or extraordinary circumstances, the temple will contact you via the mobile number provided at booking. A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered at the temple's discretion. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Donations
All donations to Sarvavaidika Samsthanam are voluntary contributions to a registered religious trust and are non-refundable. They are utilised for temple maintenance, conduct of religious programs, and charitable activities. Sarvavaidika Samsthanam is registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged more than once for the same booking due to a technical error, please contact us immediately with your Payment ID and Receipt Number. We will verify and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 7–10 business days.

6. Section 12A Registration
Sarvavaidika Samsthanam is a registered trust under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act. Donors may contact the temple for documentation regarding the trust's registration and exemption status.
